Liquor Division
The District Manager – Liquor Division will be required to support the General Manager & Manager of Operations in the following areas.
· Enforcing all company policies, procedures, and values.
· Be responsible for ensuring the customer front of house customer service meets and exceeds expectations and ensuring all customer concerns, requests, discounts, and promotions are properly addressed.
· Be responsible to develop and generate marketing plans and strategy.
· Be responsible for setting up live inventory, conducting inventory counts.
· Maintain patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing store appearance, cleanness, merchandising, and promotional offerings initiating improvements, coaching, and building relationships with the Management team.
· Merchandising and submitting inspections reports.
· Review video surveillance & record any broken policies
· At all times undertake work practices in accordance with the relevant Federal and Provincial based Occupational Health and Safety laws and regulations
· Able to coach managers on Company’s operations best practices including – merchandising, inventory levels and tracking, hiring, and day to day operations
· Able to oversee day-to-day operations at one of our 14 locations in the event of an emergency, for a short period of time
· Able to support General Manager, Manager of Store Operations & District Manager of store operations, in the event we launch a new location
· Conduct monthly Audit Reports and Store Inspection Reports
· Other duties as directed
District Manager – Liquor Division must have their own reliable transportation, insurance, and valid driver’s license to get to and from work within the Vancouver Island area.
